About

Who we are.

We make PointMeOut for people who care about the work between sessions: what happened, what changed, and what to focus on next.

Training feedback, workout history, and motivation often end up scattered across different tools. That makes it harder to keep a routine alive and harder to understand what is actually improving.

PointMeOut brings that loop closer together: train, record, return, and share progress when it feels useful.

The founders

Two athletes who wanted better tools.

PointMeOut is built by two former competitive athletes who wanted training tools that treated the work after the set as seriously as the set itself.

Tim Brinkhagen
Tim Brinkhagen Co-Founder

Tim's background is competitive swimming. Years of training made one thing obvious: the set is only part of the work. The rest is remembering what happened, spotting what changed, and using that to improve the next session.

Anton Ekvall
Anton Ekvall Co-Founder

Anton's background is competitive golf. Practice only matters if you can carry something from it into the next round, the next session, or the next adjustment. That idea shapes how PointMeOut treats logging, review, and progress.
